Prepare the Night Before</strong><br data-start="1034" data-end="1037" />Starting your day feeling organized can make a huge difference, and the best way to do that is by preparing the night before. Simple actions like choosing your outfit and laying it out the night before can be a game changer. For families with children, this is a habit worth teaching early. No one wants to rush around in the morning looking for sports uniforms, mismatched shoes, or forgotten library bags. Additionally, packing lunches the night before saves precious morning minutes and prevents everyone from leaving the house feeling frazzled and stressed. By preparing ahead, you can enjoy a calmer, smoother morning routine.</p>
